The Process

Relacing your glove with us is easy! 

If you have any questions before hand, please use the CONTACT button at the bottom of this page to send us a message or you can reach out to us via Direct Message on Instagram (@AZGloveLab). 

If you want to get started from here, its easy!

STEP 1.

On the "Collections" page, select your service. Once you have selected your service then choose your lace color and any additional services.  If your glove needs additional work/repairs that we do not have listed in our menu, just reach out to us to get an estimate. 

STEP 2.

Upon checkout, you will receive an email notification (usually within a couple hours) that will include our shipping address. Please PRINT your email notification and include it in your box when you ship your glove to The Glove Lab.

Our standard turnaround time is 7-10 business days.  Expedited services (4 business days) can be selected on the menu of the service you are purchasing. 

If your glove needs work that is not listed on our website, please reach out!  I am sure we can assist.   


****    REPAIRS    **** 

If your glove needs leather repairs outside of cleaning, conditioning, and relacing - it will take a minimum 3 weeks turn around, sometimes longer depending how many gloves we have in the shop that need leather repairs.  

Expert machine operator and leather craftsman KC Mack (Mack Provisions), handles all our complex repairs and rebuilds. These repairs do take additional time and will be quoted out separately from the services that are paid for on this site.  To get a quote, please email both of us ([email protected] & [email protected]) with photos of the glove that is in need of repair. All repairs performed by KC will be invoiced separatley as well.  Please contact us with any questions you may have!
